Why SWICON?
We believe it’s important not only to work well together but also to relax together. That’s why we regularly organize events and sports activities that have now become traditions.
For several years, we have been working together with the Gyöngyszem Kindergarten in Verpelét. We support them not only with regular donations, but our colleagues have also personally helped renovate the playground equipment in the kindergarten yard.
We encourage our colleagues to speak up if they identify areas for improvement in how our organization operates, and we regularly seek the opinions of external experts on these matters as well. That’s why we are very proud to have received multiple awards, including Szerethető munkahely and Az év felelős foglalkoztatója.
