Tasks
The Account Operations Specialist for the Print Services Department serves as the primary point of contact for contract management, overseeing the company’s contractual agreements and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational strategy and full contract lifecycle from signing to contract termination.
- Collaborate with and monitor supplier performance to ensure service quality.
- Analyze financial aspects such as orders, revenue, costs, gross margin, profit & loss handling, forecasting reports, account reconciliation, accruals, and deferrals.
- Audit compliance with contractual obligations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Provide financial recommendations to support efficient, profitable, and compliant contract management, in alignment with GAAP.
- Investigate, verify, and track the accuracy and completeness of business documentation.
- Continuously monitor risks, considering financial planning, contractual continuity, and quality control measures.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client and corporate concerns.
- Ensure a smooth quarterly and annual financial close, managing escalations and prioritizing operational planning.
Expectations
• Bachelor's Degree level education,
• Fluent knowledge of English,
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
