Tasks
We’re looking for a Creative Technologist to help scale AI-driven content production across video Or images and copy. You’ll translate creative ideas into AI-enabled workflows that deliver high-quality, on-brand outputs for multiple channels and collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Logic: Recreate agency-level outputs via AI (copy & images / video) using structured prompts, template rules, and brand voice guidelines.
- AI Recipes & Scalable Workflows: Audit deliverables, define required inputs and build generation playbooks for reliable outputs.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback, refine prompt logic and improve key metrics such as first-pass success and regeneration rates.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Design guardrails, provide guidelines for non-technical users and support workflow optimization.
Expectations
Requirements
- 4𠄶 years in creative production, creative technology or content systems (agency, studio or in-house).
- Experience with AI-driven workflows for copy, design or video production.
- Knowledge of Adobe ecosystem: Firefly, Creative Cloud, Express template logic.
- Comfortable with experimentation and testing AI outputs.
- Good collaboration skills and fluent English.
