Tasks
Key responsibilities
• Writing and maintaining automation code: Develop and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to automate IT processes.
• Developing custom modules and plugins: Create new functionalities to extend Ansible's capabilities for specific use cases.
• Testing and debugging: Ensure automation workflows are reliable and function as intended through thorough testing and debugging.
• Creating collections: Package and distribute reusable automation content using Ansible collections for distribution via Ansible Galaxy.
• Collaborating with teams: Work with other teams to apply specialized knowledge and create repeatable, consistent automation for tasks.
• Improving CI/CD pipelines: Help to eliminate friction and streamline the development and deployment process by integrating Ansible into CI/CD pipelines.
