Tasks
- Assist in preparing the performance reports and presentations.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help manage promotional calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Manage and maintain accurate product master data, ensuring consistency and quality across systems.
- Maintaining contact with suppliers.
- Assistance for the business development.
- Creation, verification, and processing of invoices.
- Overseeing the flow of business documentation.
- Preparing reports to support the department’s operations.
- Support supplier relationships by addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Expectations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or category management is a plus.
- Very good English knowledge
