Introduction
Our Partner is one of the world’s largest humanitarian networks, consisting of 190+ national member organizations operating globally. Its central Digital Transformation Department coordinates and delivers global digital and information technology services across multiple international locations.
As part of a strategic cloud transformation initiative, the organization is transitioning selected workloads and infrastructure services from a legacy hosting provider and on-premises environments to a major public cloud platform. The objective is to fully decommission legacy infrastructure while ensuring operational continuity, security, and cost optimization.
Tasks
Key Tasks
- Assess current PKI and RDS infrastructure and dependencies
- Design Azure target architecture and migration sequence
- Migrate PKI (CA hierarchy, certificate lifecycle, Azure Key Vault integration)
- Migrate RDS environment (HA design, FSLogix, load balancing, application validation)
- Develop migration runbooks, rollback strategies, and ensure service continuity
- Produce documentation and transfer knowledge to operations teams

Expectations
Required
- 5+ years Azure infrastructure experience
- Experience with enterprise PKI and RDS migrations
- Hybrid identity environments knowledge
- Strong Azure architecture, AD CS, RDS, and PowerShell skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Preferred
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305)
- Experience in regulated or international environments
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic)
