Tasks
• Support the coordination and validation of financial data from various departments to ensure delivery of accurate daily ledger results
• Support the Preparation and review of daily variance analysis and other supporting requirements related to NAM/International region.
• Accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions
• Utilizes a deep understanding of multiple areas within the function to drive overall business objectives.
• Is responsible for delivers results through the interaction of various teams and departments, integrating subject matter expertise within the sub function and collaborate to meet the objectives of the function
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation submission of daily ledger results, adhering to strict timelines.
• Support resolution of intercompany breaks ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies.
• Accountable for performing materials adjustments impacting the daily ledger results for the assigned business/geographic region.
• Support the coordination and validation of financial data from various departments to ensure delivery of accurate daily ledger results
Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5-8 years of previous experience in related fields required
- Ability to exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Understanding banking products and financial control principles
- Proven analytical skills and ability to easily connect the dots
- In-depth knowledge of Local and US GAAP, Familiarity with finance functions and systems
- Proven advanced track record in financial reporting and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and experience in preparing comprehensive reports and analyses.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
