Tasks
- Take ownership of custom product creation requests received through the internal request portal and ensure all required information is provided.
- Review and validate request details and follow up with requesters for missing information
- Coordinate with internal teams to enable custom products, including vendor setup and cost confirmation when required.
- Ensure the end-to-end creation timeline is respected
- Maintain records of orderable products, monitor availability and pricing updates
Expectations
• First-level university degree or equivalent experience as Business Analyst/Back-office specific transaction
• Typically 3+ years of related experience in IT/business operations/business analyst
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Mastery in English
• Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies
• Extensive knowledge and skills in using business applications (Excel, Visio, Power Point)
