Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to support our Channel Sales Organization. The role is based out of Bucharest in Romania and will be working in close collaboration with the Distribution Sales Lead for the region.
What you will be doing:
Access tools and retrieve reports with data sets, focused on partner profiling, sales and budgets, as well as market size information
Perform research and analysis project, support the team through planning and project initiatives.
Create structures which will enable the analysis of the data points, facilitate business tracking, reviews and executive decision making (diagrams, charts, summary, etc.).
Work in close cooperation with the channel leadership team in the region and countries in business reviews.
Create presentations and relevant data analysis charts.
Analyze and verify requirements and feedback received for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility.
Work in a matrix organization and interact across different countries and business units
Expectations
College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems
- Two to three years related work experience, especially around business analysis, modeling, verification.
- Project management for self (prioritization, deliverable management) and team collaboration (sharing of information, providing instructions)
- Ability to work with big inflow of information, analyze, prioritize tasks, take action.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Language skills
Fluency in English, writing and speaking
Knowledge of additional languages will be considered but not required
