Introduction

Tasks

New client acquisition and network building

  • Manage leads provided by presales and marketing, while being capable of generating own leads when qualified inquiries are insufficient.
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to decision-makers (C-level, Hiring Managers, IT Leaders, Procurement).
  • Develop long-term account strategies at client level.


Negotiations and proposal management

  • Identify client needs and gain a deep business understanding of their challenges.
  • Prepare business proposals and project plans.
  • Manage price negotiations, candidate presentations, and business terms alignment.


Account-Based Sales (ABS) – strategic selling

  • Maintain regular contact with new clients and identify additional opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal HR and delivery teams to ensure clients receive relevant and feasible resources and solutions.
  • Generate project-based business opportunities and continuous upsell activities at enterprise-level clients.


Independent client representation – online and in person

  • Actively participate in conferences and professional events.
  • Deliver high-level sales presentations.
  • Represent the company’s services in a meaningful and relevant way.


Expectations

Advanced sales mindset and strategic approach


  • Thinks beyond one-off deals, builds long-term client strategies.
  • Capable of mapping complex client needs and creating genuine business value.


Confident, executive-level communication


  • Proven experience in negotiating with CEOs, Hiring Managers, Technology Leaders, and Procurement Heads.
  • Able to firmly represent the company’s interests towards both external and internal stakeholders.


High activity level and independence


  • When leads are insufficient, does not wait for marketing or presales but initiates own outreach activities.
  • Actively manages and develops the client portfolio.


Technological understanding and willingness to learn


  • Not required to be an IT professional but must understand the fundamentals of SWICON’s services and communicate about them in a relevant way from an IT/SSC support perspective.
  • Willing to keep up with technological trends to continuously improve effectiveness.


Fluent English – essential for negotiations with international clients.
