Introduction

Tasks

  • Provide daily support to Account Managers, Country Managers, PBMs, and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operational teams to meet turnaround SLAs and response deadlines.
  • Assist new team members in completing mandatory training and onboarding tasks.
  • Deliver training sessions or presentations on general business tools and processes, as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks on behalf of sales and partner teams.
  • Analyze sales data, compile reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements to streamline daily operations and enhance processes.

Tools & Systems Responsibilities:

  • Eclipse: Handle indirect pricing activities; perform actions and provide guidance via MPC (Multi-country Portal); create support tickets as needed.
  • IQ: Support pricing updates, deal changes, and Eclipse creation; assist with portal-related actions and provide guidance.
  • Dynamics: Manage opportunity actions, quote assistance, system fallout resolution (BMI), and generate reports; support ticket creation.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for internal sales teams, PBMs, and partners on relevant tools and systems.


Expectations

Bachelor's Degree

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel

Mentality adapted to Customer Services

Good training skills

Excellent teamwork skills.

Good organizational skills, structured approach

Expert time management skills

Quality oriented mindset with meeting tight deadlines
