Tasks

We are looking for a talented and passionate website publisher to join our interactive web marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and keeping up to date the client’s .com website.. If you are results-driven, analytically minded, and enjoy building valuable partnerships, this position is for you!


Responsibilities: • Create, update and maintain web pages making use of the content management system • analyze requirements and take decisions as needed to meet the tasks • track assignations and other metrics requested in daily basis on the defined tools • be active in all investigations of any CMS or process challenges • follow established guidelines and interpret policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. • apply self-discipline, job management, critical thinking, and professionalism in your assigned area • ensure the tasks are delivered in time and under priority management • understand and be able to apply a good level of time management skills. • understand and be able to apply a minimum project management • actively involved in process optimizations and workflow improvements • perform QA process end to end, including before, during and after publishing live • report broken references or content found during page update to production and fix them • follow all updated steps in current processes and apply innovative thinking to constantly improve them • learn constantly about all the tools features and be up to date with all updates of all publishing tools • be up to date with all branding guidelines • Active participation & follow up on end to end workflows and activities • Provide regular reports on results, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.

Expectations

  • English knowledge, both written and spoken is a MUST, excellent communication skills.
  • Have a good level of knowledge of Internet principles, interactive media, tools, technologies, website production
  • Adobe Experience Manager knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WEB content management systems
  • Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised
  • Organized, able to manage time effectively and priorities tasks
  • Quality driven
