Our partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving more than 200 million domestic, corporate, state, and organizational clients worldwide. Tasks
Security and Investigative Services (SIS) is a global function within our partner. Its mission is to protect the employees, assets, information, integrity, and reputation of our partner and its clients. This is achieved by offering industry-leading professional security services and independent investigations across all of our partners' global operations, in close cooperation with internal business teams, law enforcement agencies, and external industry stakeholders.
This role supports compliance and execution of information risk-related tasks for SIS functions and reports directly to the Global Compliance and Information Risk Manager (IBPO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the Data Privacy program.
- Monitor and coordinate CBDC, PIA, LIA, and ROPA-related activities.
- Complete/coordinate administrative tasks related to ICSA and Outsourcing Management, including Additional Document Requirements (ADR), Annual Due Diligence (ADD), and Business Outsourcing Documentation (BOPs).
- Conducted data-driven analyses and prepared reports using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Perform regular Data Privacy reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the team in Data Privacy matters.
- Execute GDPR-related tasks assigned by the region.
- Respond to ad-hoc tasks requested by Global Management.
- Act as a strong partner in the cooperation across SIS functions.
- Provide ad-hoc support to ongoing function-related projects.
Expectations
- One to three years of experience is required.
- Ability to work in a team with peers and senior managers.
- Ability to learn and a willingness for development.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (SharePoint knowledge/experience desired).
- Flexibility to learn new systems and processes.
- Minimum BA; MBA preferred; other postgraduate degrees are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
