Tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and cases within assigned systems or platforms, including tracking and control as required.
- Ensure timely and efficient routing of customer issues and escalations.
- Support contract and invoice accuracy, submission, and compliance with regional guidelines and legal requirements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide issue resolution support, gaining expertise through ongoing training and transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support business continuity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Manage schedules to meet coverage requirements for assigned activities.
- Serve as a focal point for escalations and training matters within the project.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, utilizing independent judgment to identify and implement solutions within defined policies and practices.
- Offer additional support during high-volume periods to ensure seamless operations.
Expectations
- High-level communication skill: English; proficiency is required only for specific business cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge) and familiarity with contracts and product line portfolios.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic system connectivity issues.
- Commitment to achieving Key Performance Indicators beyond expectations.
