Tasks

·      Manages the operational strategy and contract life cycle from the signing phase to the end of the contract term.

·      Collaboratively collaborate and monitor supplier performance to ensure service quality.

·      Understands and analyzes through direct involvement financial aspects: orders, revenues, costs, gross margin, profit & loss handling, forecast reports, account reconciliation, and accrual/deferral.

·      Audits the fulfillment of contractual compliance rules.

·      Makes recommendations for managing financial matters efficiently, profitably, and compliantly based on generally accepted accounting principles.

·      Investigate, control, and monitor the accuracy and completeness of documents required by the business.

·      Carry out permanent risk monitoring, considering the financial plan, the operational plan for contractual continuity, and quality controls.

·      Propose continuous development initiatives to increase the operational efficiency of the processes used.

·      Acts as a direct contact for customer/company escalation.

·      Ensures a compliant quarterly and annual financial close by taking over escalations and planning operational priorities.

·      Attends and conducts operational review meetings, both with internal management and supplier representatives.


Expectations

  • Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Medium level of French
