Tasks

Responsibilities:

• capture, entry, and organization of customer information • contracts administration tasks

• updating sales opportunity data

• maintaining records and documentation

• researching information, compiling data for reports

• assisting with analysis and coordinating work via pre-defined processes

• ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized and accessible

• ensures recorded transactions and customer information is appropriately secure and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal sales, operational support, delivery, and audit teams and in accordance with local legal compliance and policy requirements

• interfaces with internal stakeholders, partners, and end customers to communicate status or resolve issues arising during or after the sales cycle

Expectations

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles or businesses is a plus

• Fluent in English (written & oral).

• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong process orientation

• Critical attention to detail, Planning & Organizing is instrumental

• Excellent communication skills and stress management, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and teamwork

• Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution

• Possesses a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives
