Tasks
The MDS Catalogue Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of catalog creation and maintenance for contractual MDS accounts. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring catalog accuracy, managing portal readiness, and supporting customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Catalog Setup & Maintenance
- Create and manage catalog files used for catalogs creation.
- Coordinate with GCO to build kits and bundles based on customer requirements.
- Upload pricing, attribute values and ensure localization accuracy across regions.
• Customer Enablement
- Support onboarding of B2B customers
- Ensure catalog readiness for order placement and fleet management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Sales Ops, AOM, CEM and CSM teams to gather inputs and validate catalog data.
- Participate in global meetings and provide updates on catalog deployment progress.
• Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
- Act as first point of contact for catalog-related issues and escalate to GCO as needed.
- Contribute to process documentation, RACI updates and workflow optimization.
• Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure catalog configurations align with contractual obligations and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of catalog changes and approvals.
Expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in catalog management, preferably in a contractual or B2B environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
