Tasks
- Responsible for the execution of operational processes across the end to end sales cycle within a defined function which may include quote and configuration, pricing, bid/win proposal, quota setting, crediting, and measurement of sales compensation, services engagement and contract management, and order management.
- Measures, reviews and analyzes for efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes.
- Accountable for operational performance based metrics and agreed upon service level objectives/agreements as well as ensuring adherence to our company policies and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues.
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
- Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Expectations
- First-level university degree,
- Typically 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service.
- English Language - Advanced Knowledge
- French Language - Medium Advanced Knowledge
- Microsoft Excel
