Tasks

  • Drive & Manage E2E order to invoice process execution
  • Interface with all interacting organisations in procurement, supply chain and finance, as well as pre-sales, sales, linked to the execution and the escalations of the E2E order-to-invoice process and the execution of the contract with the customer.
  • Ensure timely and correct customer deliveries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate creation and follow up of invoices and revenue booking based on delivery or project acceptance triggers
  • Responsible for sales & operations execution in relation to order intake and revenue LE
  • Drive ordering, delivery and invoice of products and services as per customer and project schedule, by triggering BPO for transactional execution
  • Effectively manage transactional activities of BPO to ensure timely and accurate order processing. 
  • Coordinate and guides outbound delivery creation and PGI for customer deliveries
  • Ensure timely and correct GR/GI booking, contributing to inventory management
  • Contribute towards the enhancement of overall quality of processes and guidelines
  • Accountable for compliant and timely performance of SOX controls
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in own area of responsibility and activities
  • Manage customer and project escalations
