Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Publishing
- Upload and publish content in internal systems.
- Perform content quality checks on product pages prior to launch.
- Execute content modeling tasks in internal application when needed.
Data Alignment & Operational Tasks
- Compare and align product data between two internal applications.
- Create and assign product series names in internal system for B2B products.
- Identify and request UPC codes, then coordinate with IT to load them into internal system.
- Clean and standardize 100‑character product descriptions in S4.
- Detect content discrepancies between two internal systems and propose solutions (e.g., ghost content, translation errors).
Projects & Process Improvements
- Participate in product structuring projects and document the related processes.
- Reorganize and realign filters for Servers/Compute and Storage Networking pages on the employer’s website.
- Simplify content formulas in internal system for Software products.
- Contribute ideas and testing for process improvements or automation within the team.
- Support rebranding initiatives
- Create or update documentation for any undocumented processes encountered.
Support Activities
- Open requests for various exceptions as needed.
- Provide operational support to B2B and B2C teams across digital sales channels.
Expectations
Graduate or with ongoing studies
• 1-3 years relevant experience in the field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
