Introduction
Our partner is the world's largest humanitarian network, which has been carrying out its activities successfully around the world for more than 100 years. They are continuously working on further succession with the help of a dedicated workforce, so their Digitalization and IT Department is now expanding to further support global projects and core activities.
Tasks
The position holder is a specialist in Information Systems used by the D365 suite of ERP products and other specific systems used by our partners’ employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality business application support.
- Ensure data security, availability, and integrity.
- Support professional users across departments.
- Develop, update, and maintain operational procedures.
- Ensure ERP (D365 F&O, HR module) availability and quality per OLAs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and vendors.
- Monitor and report on system changes impacting service.
- Support end-users, including UAT for incidents and HR processes.
Expectations
- Degree in informatics, economics, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in business applications and ERP (D365 F&O or similar) support, roll-out, maintenance, and customization.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in D365 modules and ERP support/implementation.
- Fluent in English, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, adaptable to different cultures, open-minded, organized, and able to work under pressure.
