Introduction
Our partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving over 200 million domestic, corporate, state, and institutional clients worldwide. It was among the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening in 2005, and now supports services for 95 countries globally.
Tasks
- Implement and improve governance frameworks to ensure alignment with security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor the organization’s compliance with security policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage authentication policies, procedures, and controls. Identify potential information security (IS) risks and recommend enhancements.
- Contribute to workflow or process changes and redesigns, and develop a strong understanding of the specific product or process related to Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Collect and analyze security risk evidence, and coordinate with internal application teams.
- Conduct meetings and communicate security topics and best practices for IS. Educate and advise on safe information security practices and current, evolving, and recommended security requirements.
- Validate compliance with IS policies, practices, and procedures, and resolve a variety of IS-related issues in collaboration with the business.
Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication
- Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Has the ability to operate with minimal direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Proven analytical skills
