Introduction
Our Partner's Digital Transformation Department is leading the decommissioning of legacy hosting environments and strengthening the cloud-based security and identity architecture.
As part of this initiative, the organization is seeking a Senior Identity & Edge Security Engineer to secure both external and internal application access and ensure consistent, policy-driven protection across the cloud platform.
Tasks
Key Tasks
- Review ADFS/WAP, validate trusts and claims, support B2C roadmap
- Configure Azure App Connector, enforce pre-authentication, integrate Conditional Access
- Design and implement WAF policies, ensure logging and monitoring
- Produce documentation, runbooks, and conduct knowledge transfer

- Identity & security architecture docs
- Implemented secure access configuration
- WAF configuration and tuning docs
- Monitoring & incident response docs
- Operational handover package
Project Details
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Location: Fully remote (±2 hours CET)

Expectations
Required
- 5+ years in identity & access management
- Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Hands-on ADFS/WAP, Azure App Proxy / Entra Private Access, WAF
- Claims-based authentication, TLS, Conditional Access, WAF tuning
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement
Preferred
- MFA integration, SIEM experience
- AZ-500, CISSP, CISM certifications
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic)
