Our partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving over 200 million domestic, corporate, state, and organizational clients worldwide. It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005 and currently facilitating services for 95 countries globally.
Tasks
Information Security Analystnetworking and network securityKey responsibilities:
- Support the engineering and approval of application connectivity via Security Operations (SECOPS)-managed firewalls.
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems such as the Connectivity Registry (CCR).
- Review and validate Firewall Change Requests for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure third-party vendors are correctly registered in the Approved Service Providers (CASP) database and that all applications are cataloged in the Systems Inventory (CSI) or Technology Catalog (CTC).
- Verify network connectivity by accessing network devices and reviewing configurations.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, diagrams, databases, and other technical documentation.
- Handle requests for Firewall, Proxy, RAS, and other remote connectivity solutions, performing risk assessments aligned with our partner’s Information Security Standards and Policies.
- Collaborate with multiple infrastructure and security teams to facilitate secure third-party connectivity solutions.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal standards, escalating any control issues as required.
Expectations
- 1 year of IT experience (preferably in IT support, helpdesk, or similar).
- Strong interest in network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow a structured onboarding with mentorship support.
- Basic understanding of security policies and network components is a plus.
