Introduction
Our partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving more than 200 million domestic, corporate, state, and organizational clients worldwide. It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on a global level.
Tasks
- Managed the analysis and delivery of Information Security Vulnerability Findings to customers, providing clear and factual analysis.
- Responsible for tracking metrics, using inventories and scan results, and turning data into meaningful reports.
- Analyzed data to identify key principles and reasons by breaking it down into parts.
- Built strong relationships with IT teams and stakeholders to address Information Security and Vulnerability Findings.
- Coordinated with senior management to lead vulnerability management meetings, resolving issues before escalation.
- Served as the main contact for VTM management in different sectors or regions.
- Managed customer expectations and ensured effective delivery of metrics.
- Conducted internal training for stakeholders.
- Provided solutions for security issues and escalated problems as needed.
- Supported internal and external audits of processes and procedures.
- Created and updated documentation, including PCMs.
- Evaluated information to ensure compliance with standards.
Expectations
- BA/BS degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in IT or Information Security
- 1+ year of experience or knowledge in at least one industry-standard operating system
- Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management and Information Security
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- SQL knowledge is essential
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage projects effectively
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of adaptability and attention to detail
- Capable of influencing others and driving change in a dynamic environment
Advantages
- Python or other scripting languages are preferred
- Familiarity with Qualys or Skybox Threat Manager is an advantage
