Introduction

Our partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving over 200 million domestic, corporate, state, and organizational clients worldwide. It was among the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening in 2005, and now supports services for 95 countries globally.

Tasks

  • Support applications and systems; resolve issues efficiently.
  • Drive process improvements and Lean initiatives.
  • Manage projects end-to-end; track milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and information security standards.
  • Coach team members and foster development.
  • Communicate changes, engage stakeholders, and implement improvements.
  • Support audits and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate documentation.


Expectations

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Certifications preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
