Introduction

Our partner is the world's largest humanitarian network, which has been carrying out its activities successfully around the world for more than 100 years. They are continuously working on further succession with the help of a dedicated workforce, so their Digitalization and IT Department is now expanding to further support global projects and core activities.

Tasks

Our partner is driving a major digital transformation initiative to modernize their IT systems and move key services to the cloud. This is a high-impact project aimed at improving service continuity, reducing risks, and achieving long-term cost efficiencies.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate this effort, ensuring all activities are planned, tracked, and delivered efficiently, in line with best practices and organizational policies.

  • Lead governance and technical meetings, keeping teams aligned on priorities, risks, and operational impacts.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clarity on scope and dependencies.
  • Act as the bridge between technical, product, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop timelines, milestones, and resource plans, and track progress against objectives.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.
  • Ensure smooth handover of deliverables to operations across global offices.


Expectations

  • University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects (Azure or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
