Tasks

Understanding job profiles and searching for candidates:

·       Proactively interacting with Team Lead/ Manager and Account Manager in order to make sure the positions requirements are understood;

·       Using in full the search tool and external job sites available in the organization, using a variety of search methods to build a suitable candidate database;

·       Screening candidates by screening CVs and job applications and conducting introductory phone calls; making sure the selected candidate complies with the job requirements;

Sustaining successful interviews with candidates:

·       Responsible for the selection process;

·     Responsible for maintaining contact with candidates throughout the selection process, from preparation before interviews to assisting with the final negotiation of the offer;

Building and maintaining the relationship with the client

·   Maintaining a high standard professional working relationship with the organization’s clients regarding human resources and hiring managers to understand their department’s · perspectives and better understand hiring needs and job specifications;

·      Maintaining the relationship with the candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, following up on a regular basis on the status of the process;

·      Organizing and/or participating in client interviews.

Updating the database

·      Maintaining and updating the candidate’ database, according to GDPR provisions;

·      Uploading in due time the profile for the selected candidates in internal database and tools and following up with the internal stakeholders on next steps in the process;

·      Actively participates in daily, weekly meetings, presenting the status for the positions being responsible for.


Expectations

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology;

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT recruitment processes and databases;

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship management

·       Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing);

·       Excellent communication skills;

·       Working knowledge of social media channels;

·       Ability to handle different types of interviews;

·       Experience in Microsoft Office

·       Good time management skills;

·       Prioritizing work activities and meeting the necessary deadlines;

·       Good organizational skills;

·       Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative;

·       Team player attitude;

·       Goal-oriented approach;

·       Ambition and determination to succeed and knowledge of technology;
