Introduction

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer/partner backlog to ensure appropriate actions are taken to deliver orders within the agreed SLA and according to business needs;
  • Confirm manual orders are properly processed and communicated to customers (where applicable);
  • Provide backlog analysis and summary reports to customers and account teams upon request, ensuring timely and accurate information;
  • Manage claims, exceptions, and special requests within Customer Operations, in line with agreed procedures and policies;
  • Coordinate customer change requests accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and timelines;
  • Ensure all orders are properly invoiced and closed in the systems.



Expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • English proficiency at C1 level;
  • Experience in customer interaction roles;
  • Experience working with multiple countries/sub-regions in a complex environment.
