Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Order & Backlog Management
- Manage customer and partner order backlogs to ensure timely delivery in line with SLAs and business priorities, including processing manual orders and ensuring accurate invoicing and closure.
- Provide backlog analysis and generate summary reports for customers and account teams to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.
Claims, Requests & Change Management
- Handle all customer claims, exceptions, and special requests according to procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and process customer change requests, maintaining accurate data and smooth communication across teams.
E-Commerce & Catalogue Management
- Act as the key contact for Sales regarding e-catalogue and portal matters, providing B2B consultancy on catalogue structure, product offerings, and virtual product configuration.
- Configure user access and permissions, maintain catalogue data, and deliver customized portal training to Sales and customers.
Demand & Supply Planning Support
- Support short-term demand planning and execution processes, including order allocation, attainment tracking, logistics coordination, and inventory analysis.
- Monitor and report on operational and supply chain metrics such as on-time delivery, service levels, and inventory performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Expectations
Qualifications & Experience
- First level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in Operations, supply chain or sales
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- English advanced
- Excellent communication skills and stress management, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and teamwork
- Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
- Possesses a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives
