Intern Sales Support
We are currently looking for a part-time Intern to join our Sales Department at Swicon, in Bucharest, for a fixed term contract of 2 months, with the possibility for extension.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain knowledge and experience in market trends, client communications, products and services and how to build trustful and long-lasting relationships with potential clients in a fast-changing market environment! Students are most welcomed to apply and build the foundation of their career!
Your role will include tasks related to:
- Supporting Sales Operations: Assisting in contracts processing, tracking customer interactions and updating CRM databases.
- Market Research: Conducting research on potential clients and industry trends.
- Preparing Sales Materials: Creating presentations and promotional materials for client meetings.
- Assisting with Client Communication: Assisting in email campaigns, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Coordinating with HR in building and uploading candidates’ resumes in our tools
- Analyzing Sales Performance: Generating reports on sales data, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
- Learning About Products & Services: Understanding the company's offerings to provide accurate information and assist in sales discussions.
- Meeting Participation: Attending sales meetings and taking notes.
- Administrative Tasks: Supporting the team with scheduling, reports, and coordination
Expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with LinkedIn and online research platforms is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about sales processes and market research.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Employer's offer
Details:
- 2 months definite term contract, 4 hours/day,
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days in our Bucharest Office (at Pipera Metro station)
- Net salary: 1200 RON/month
Meal tickets allowance: 30 RON/day
