Tasks
Role Overview
The Special Pricing Analyst provides operational support to sales teams, partners, and customers across the EMEA region. The role ensures accurate validation, processing, and approval of special pricing requests, while maintaining compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for sales and sales operations teams regarding special pricing processes.
- Validate, create, and coordinate standard and non‑standard pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Review profitability analyses and pricing scenarios to identify the most suitable pricing options; request corrections when offers fall outside policy.
- Ensure pricing, discounts, and related data are correct and supported by required documentation
- Maintain adherence to EMEA pricing policies and audit standards.
- Prepare activity reports and support internal reporting needs as required.
- Participate in training sessions and assist in onboarding new team members.
Expectations
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (customer service, operations, pricing, etc.)
- Analytical and financial data validation skills.
- Advanced English Knowledge
