Tasks
- Review and validate requests through the web app, updating as needed (missing information, approvals), and releasing to Partners.
- Follow up on responses (quotes/agreements).
- Compare requested vs. approved rebates and escalate discrepancies when necessary.
- Extract and maintain a monthly report/tracker.
- Send monthly won/lost reports to market teams.
- Consolidate trackers for market analysis and prepare claim files for Partners in coordination with CO Finance.
- Maintain and update the deal tracker, ensuring consistency across offline and online processes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy (contract dates, agreement names, funding details).
- Report monthly estimated accruals per partner internally (by category) and externally (to Partners).
- Support automation and optimization projects.
- Assist in the fund allocation process, updating the Allocation Utilization Tool.
- Monitor fund utilization and alert stakeholders when usage is low.
- Prepare structured funding views by category, strategic initiative, country, and function.
- Communicate data effectively both internally (category teams) and externally (Partners).
Expectations
- Minimum one year of experience in Pricing or Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
