Tasks
This intermediate-level position provides subject matter expertise support to Global Sourcing team and stakeholders, focusing on procurement contract gap disposition. The role aims to centralize sourcing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, strengthen risk and control frameworks, and empower sector sourcing teams to secure optimal value for stakeholders.
- Contract Review & Remediation: Conduct third-party contract reviews, gap analyses, and remediation in response to regulatory and policy requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support contract remediation efforts.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure, track, and report on performance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaboration: Liaise with sourcing teams, legal, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure policy compliance and adherence to processes.
- Independent Operation: Operate with limited supervision, exercising independent judgment and autonomy.
- Project Management: Manage projects, ensuring tracking and timely completion using Microsoft Excel.
- Risk Assessment: Assess risk in business decisions, prioritizing reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets. Drive compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies. Demonstrate ethical judgment and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently. Supervise others and hold them accountable for maintaining these standards.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate contract disposition issues to management, collaborating with sector sourcing teams. Report non-compliant actions by colleagues.

Expectations
- Advanced English Level (B2 or C1), written and spoken.
- +2 years of Third-Party Contract Management experience, including contract drafting and vendor negotiations.
- Experience working within the parameters of set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm.
- Basic understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing vendor contracts.
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in English.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Law, Business, or related field.
