Tasks
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager and Control Tower Lead to oversee the IPCS UTK (Up Time Kit) program.
This role focuses on inventory optimization, cost reduction, business intelligence reporting, and process improvement across regional operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Install Base Refresh Project, ensuring accurate on-site inventory tracking and optimized UTK coverage and cost efficiency.
- Lead the UTK Control Tower, ensuring end-to-end improvement of inventory management processes together with global and regional teams.
- Oversee UTK Inventory and BI management, using Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and automation tools.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven automation strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Track and analyze regional KPIs, ensuring service levels meet customer and operational expectations.
- Manage on-site spare parts and service levels, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Design, implement, and maintain BI dashboards for Smart Up Time Kit (SUTK) performance tracking and decision-making.
- Develop and deliver training materials for regional teams.
- Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and performance.
Expectations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in complex project management.
