Tasks
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of new business models and coordinate the introduction of innovative products and services. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive projects from concept to market launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope and strategic objectives related to new business models and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and competitive analysis for new product opportunities.
- Translate strategic initiatives into structured, actionable project plans.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams (product, marketing, sales, engineering, finance) to deliver new products and services on time and within budget.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Establish timelines, track milestones, manage resources, and maintain status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central communication point between internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
- Ensure alignment between business, technical, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations to support market entry requirements.
Innovation & Business Model Development
- Evaluate and test alternative business models (e.g., subscription, freemium, platform-based) and propose implementation plans.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand product offerings or enter new markets.
- Support development of pricing strategies and revenue models for new offerings.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Define KPIs to measure project success and business impact post-launch.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and reports on project status, risks, and performance.
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and project retrospectives.
Expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in product development or innovation environments.
- Proven track record of launching new products or business initiatives in cross-functional settings.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Stage-Gate, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
