Tasks
Lead organizational transformation initiatives and business process optimization projects, with a strong focus on ERP systems (especially SAP). This role requires managing complex, cross-cultural, cross-functional projects across multiple business areas, ensuring process efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver transformation and business process optimization initiatives.
- Lead ERP-related projects, with a primary focus on SAP — from business analysis to implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to align processes and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Analyze and optimize processes in one or more of the following expertise areas:
- Quotation & Pricing
- Order Management & Execution (including Returns)
- Customer Relations / EDI
- Software Business (solution order, subscription, contract)
- Customer Service Business (Spare Parts & Repair)
- Monitor and report on progress, manage risks, and handle change management activities.
Expectations
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and business process optimization.
Strong ERP background, particularly with SAP (implementation and usage).
Experience managing cross-cultural, cross-functional, and multi-business area projects.
Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
