Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Prepares materials for external customers to communicate issue resolution.
- Reviews and evaluates reports containing performance indicators, sales trends and other sales data-related analysis, making recommendations as needed;
- Handles a small number of highly complex customer accounts; manages post-sales order management;
- Manages open order (backlog) report issues and contacts supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues as needed.
- Ensures that order management issues for all product lines are resolved using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis.
Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2-4 years in sales support, operations or data management;
- Advanced English (C1 level);
- Excel and analytical skills;
