Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of operational processes across the end-to-end rebate claiming, defined alliances function which may include bid/win proposal, rebates tracking calculations and claiming for credits.

• Measures, reviews and analyzes for efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes.

• Accountable for operational performance based metrics and agreed upon service level objectives/agreements as well as ensuring adherence to policies and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

• Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.

• Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope.

• Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.

• Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.

• Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Expectations

  • Minimum one year of experience in Sales, Customer Support or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Hybrid work (2-3 days/week at the office)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
