Introduction

Tasks

1. Sales Performance Tracking

  • Monitor sales volume vs. targets by country/sub-cluster
  • Breakdown by customer segment (Retail, Channel, etc.) and product segment;
  • Provide historical actuals and forward forecasts

2. Shipments Reporting

  • Report shipments by key end customers to support End User.

3. Marketing Funds & ROI

  • Track allocation vs. utilization by market
  • Report spend by segment, strategic priorities (Premium, Gaming, etc.), and function
  • Develop Marketing ROI reporting (initially volume-based KPI, scalable over time)

4. Sales Pipeline & Deal Tracking

  • Monitor active deals and Must Win Deals
  • Provide Win/Loss reporting for approved deals (Won with Intel, Partial Win, Lost, Won with Other)
  • Data accuracy dependent on Salesforce inputs

5. Business Outlook

  • Deliver monthly country-level report by market and product segment vs. KPIs


Expectations

  • Minimum one year of experience in Sales, Customer Support or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Hybrid work (2-3 days/week at the office)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Salary: 4000 RON net
  • Meal tickets 35 lei/day
