Tasks
● Responding to support tickets and providing L1/L2 Support to end-users
● Provide application and business support to Consultants (Applications and Technical)
● Maintain configuration set by consultants across all markets
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues
● Prepare reports
● Data Management tasks
● Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
● Maintain knowledge base
● Delivering training to SAP Business One end-users across the globe
● Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager as required
● Evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate

Experience:
● Experience with SAP Business One - minimum 3 years
● Experience in a support/helpdesk environment (non-essential)Qualifications and Education Requirements
● SAP Business One Certified minimum 9.1 (non-essential)
● University or college degree
Preferred Skills:
● Microsoft Excel knowledge
● SQL Server Database
● 3rd Party Add-ons such as: Boyum
● Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports
● Experience with the Sharperlight reporting software is advantageous
● Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as: EFM Format Definition, DTWo Payment Intercompany
