Tasks
About the role:
Our partner seeks a Senior Officer in Global Strategic Sourcing to lead and execute sourcing strategies across key categories—primarily Vehicles and Fleet—with additional IT and indirect procurement involvement. This position is crucial in delivering the best value for money, ensuring supply efficiency, contract compliance, and supplier performance, and supporting sustainability and risk mitigation efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned categories
- Ensure value for money and high-quality standards across sourcing activities
- Lead supplier negotiations and long-term Framework Agreements (FAs)
- Align global and regional stakeholders on sourcing initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and performance improvement programs
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
- Support procurement compliance and technical reviews
- Monitor sourcing KPIs and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives

Expectations
- University degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, IT, or a relevant field
- 3- 5 years of experience in strategic procurement (vehicles, IT, or general services)
- Experience with sourcing processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sourcing best practices and supplier management
- Fluent English
