Tasks
As a React Native Senior Software Engineer, you will:
● Build new features for the existing component library, ensuring compatibility across both web and mobile platforms using TypeScript and React / React Native.
● Collaborate with the team to meet accessibility requirements and address related issues in compliance with the European Accessibility Act.
● Work effectively within an international team, utilizing the client’s infrastructure and provided workstation.
● Develop and thoroughly test new or updated components across multiple web and mobile projects.
● Apply a security-first approach to all implementations, as the applications provide banking services.
Expectations
What about you?
● 4+ years of experience in React and/or React Native development
● Familiarity with accessibility standards (a11y) and semantic HTML
● Solid experience with Redux for global state management
● Fluency in TypeScript
● Experience with both Class Components and modern Function Components using Hooks
● Ability to work with custom-built component libraries for cross-platform (Web & Mobile) compatibility
● Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
○ Nice to Have:
○ Experience integrating native modules in React Native using Swift/Kotlin/Java/Objective-C
○ Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for React Native projects using Jenkins
○ Familiarity with the JavaScript-to-Native bridge for integrating custom native modules (iOS/Android)
