Tasks
We are seeking a Senior Workday Specialist to design, develop and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
A Workday Specialist is responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs.
You’ll work in close partnership with a range of both external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities :
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Proven track record managing end-to-end Workday implementations.
Deep understanding of Workday solutions and implementation best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
Serve as the central point of contact.
Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across all levels of the organization.

Skills & Experience:
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
