Tasks
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the installation and integration of Fire and Security systems
· Review and acknowledge the technical drawings, system schematics and project documentation
· Ensure that subcontractors submit the required daily and weekly reports, monitor execution progress and report status updates to relevant stakeholders
· Manage subcontractors, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
· Organize and lead daily/weekly site coordination meetings both with subcontractors and client
· Conduct quality inspections and verify correct installation of equipment and cabling
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support
· Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of execution (including Safety and Quality regulations)
· Report incidents, near misses and implement corrective actions
· Plan equipment and material needs for each project phase
· Coordinate deliveries, storage and distribution of materials on site
· Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, the risk logs and potential delays
Expectations
Requirements:
• Technical University (HVAC Systems, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• ARTS certification both for Fire and Security systems (mandatory)
• English - B2
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in coordinating Fire and Security systems installation on construction sites
• Strong knowledge of Fire and Security systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation: project’s drawings, electrical diagrams, system architectures, point lists, technical specifications
