Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale Retail Strategy Execution program, delivered in close cooperation with a leading regional energy company as our strategic partner.
The program focuses on transforming Fleet & Fuel Card solutions within a multi-year roadmap.
Tasks
- Design and evolve solution architectures for Fleet Card Management systems
- Define API designs and integration patterns across complex system landscapes
- Support payment authorization flows, tokenization, and secure transaction handling
- Translate fleet business requirements into scalable, enterprise-ready technical solutions
- Contribute to defining, publishing, and maintaining domain-specific architecture standards (RA, ABB, SBB) aligned with enterprise guidelines
- Develop BRD Conceptual Designs within the assigned domain(s)
- Review and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs, benefits, and domain impacts
- Support and influence architecture decisions across projects and initiatives within the domain
Expectations
- Proven experience in a Solution Architect role
- Strong expertise in Fleet / Fuel Card Management systems
- Solid understanding of API-centric architectures and system integrations
- Experience with payment systems, authorization processes, and security concepts
- Ability to work closely with both business and IT stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see end-to-end impacts
- Confident communication in a complex, multi-partner environment
