Tasks

We are looking for a Solution Architect resource for two projects, based on the competency requirements outlined above, with a 0.5 / 0.5 FTE allocation.

Due to the current lack of ServiceNow integration, we are able to initiate the search only for one of our partner's projects at this stage. When sourcing candidates, please take into account that the overall demand is for 1 FTE capacity, which will later be split evenly across the two projects.

The projects focus on:

  • the implementation of a new field service management solution to replace a legacy system;
  • the replacement and modernization of the point-of-sale (POS) platform.

Expectations

  • A highly experienced Solution Architect is required, capable of taking end-to-end responsibility in complex IT system replacement programs within a retail environment, particularly focusing on POS (Point of Sale) and Field Service Management (FSM) solution implementations.
  • Proven experience in multi-country rollouts, strong integration capabilities (ERP, payments, loyalty, back-office systems), and solid vendor and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • The candidate should have a strong background in enterprise architecture design, microservices and API-based integrations, as well as demonstrated experience in legacy system replacement and cutover/hypercare management.
  • Experience in retail or petrol industry environments, high-availability systems, and compliance requirements (e.g., fiscal regulations) is considered a strong advantage.
  • English B2-C1

Advantages

  • Start as soon as possible

Employer's offer

  • A friendly and open work environment at our headquarters
  • A broad training portfolio with numerous self-development opportunities, including internal training sessions led by our experienced colleagues, as well as external training programs (e.g., university courses)
  • Commuting support
