Tasks

Ecommerce team, System Analyst:

• Implementation of projects requiring IT components – applications, modules, information systems.

• Analysis of business stakeholder requirements to create technical specifications (CRD – Change Request Document).

• Responsible for writing technical and functional documentation.

• Communicating and supporting technical requirements to internal (RO) and external (EN) partners based on a standardized request submission process.

• Validation of technical solutions proposed by internal/external partners through FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), aiming for optimal integration between various elements: applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, business organization, IT organization.

• Providing support during the project lifecycle and post-implementation (writing technical test scenarios, doing together with business UAT, UAT signoff).

• Supporting the "Change Management" process (communication, organizational transformation, move to production, hyper care).

• Providing Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility.

• Supporting Level 1 teams and contributing to the optimization of repetitive processes.

• Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams within the Ahold Delhaize group.

Expectations

Mandatory requirement:

• Technical experience in the Ecommerce domain is required.

• Participating in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs

• Language spoken and written : Romanian and English

Net salary: 11 000 - 13 000 ron net
