Tasks

•   Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance across various countries

•   Building and maintaining effective working relationships with various local and remote Hiring Managers

•   Consulting hiring managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic sourcing plan to ensure the successful recruitment of quality candidates for different regional talent pools

•   Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labour market, competition and external talent across multiple markets

•   Developing effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top-quality candidates

•   Proactively sourcing candidates across all possible (experience with LinkedIn, Workday)

•   Maximizing the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs

•   Providing regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projects


Expectations

·        Successful track-record in end-to-end recruitment

·        IT recruitment experience is required

·        Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver who makes things happen

Self-starter and taking initiative with great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executives, managers & employees

•   Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
