Tasks
You will provide first-level technical support for the entire store network (IT equipment, cash registers, office tools, servers), ensuring fast resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- User support (cash register solutions, office tools, telephony, PCs, peripherals)
- Monitoring of store/head office interfaces, database checks
- Diagnosis and resolution of Level 1 technical incidents
- Installation and configuration of equipment
- Ticket management via GLPI, follow-up and escalation of complex cases
- Drafting and updating of internal procedures
Expectations
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
- Autonomy, thoroughness, analytical thinking, service-oriented attitude, and stress management skills
Advantages
- Technical skills: systems (Windows 10, Windows Server), office tools (Microsoft Office Suite), network (basic diagnostics and connectivity), hardware (workstations, printers, IP phones), tools (experience with a ticketing system such as GLPI or equivalent)
